In these ever changing times, Intramosaic offers you the opportunity to access therapy or training virtually from the comfort of your own space.  We recognise that this might not be suitable for everyone and hope to be able to include the option of in-person work later this year.

However we meet, the principle of adopting the philosophy of one step, one day at a time still helps us to keep one foot in the present whilst we reflect back on the past or look forward to the future.

There are no magic solutions in therapy and everyone is different. No two people feel precisely the same way about a particular experience.

Intramosaic accepts self, EAP, organisational and insurance referrals and deals with a wide variety of issues including trauma, couples' counselling, bereavement, unresolved feelings and work related issues.
