Sheila Foxgold is a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist - Adult with Child Marker. Following initial training as a counsellor, Sheila qualified as a Psychodrama Psychotherapist in 2000 and has continued to develop her expertise through further training in EMDR, CBT, Therapeutic Life Story Work and NLP.
Sheila is a qualified supervisor and trainer specialising in the family dynamics of addiction and created an intense module that she taught at both Leeds and hull and York medical schools.
Sheila is currently working on a collection of educative fiction stories to share her knowledge.
